STAJ Blueprint Intelligence Series

Ten standalone briefs translating the Judiciary of Kenya’s 10-year reform plan into practitioner-level decisions. Multi-door justice, court-annexed mediation, ODR, gender courts, performance metrics — and what they mean for your practice.

The Judiciary launched its Strategy for Transformation and Access to Justice (STAJ) Blueprint 2023–2033 as a 10-year reform programme. Court-annexed mediation is already operational. ODR is in development. Specialised courts are being established at county level. These ten briefs map the reforms to the choices every advocate now has to make: where to file, how to bill, what to learn.
